Every two months an admin will go through the comments in the provided Link and checks if you commented with an activity piece you have done in these two months! You are free to post your comment any time within the two months the check runs! However, if for any reason you are unable to use the treasury link for the activity check before the two months is up please note the group and we will provide a stash journal for you to comment your entry instead!

What you can post?
- A piece of artwork (Anything from fully finished works to sketches!)
- A literature piece
- An RP entry (min 100 words!)
- A shop RP entry (Mysterious Shop; Breeding Center; Adoption Center; Recolour Rescue) (min 100 words!)
- A RPTC entry (min 100 words!)
- A RP you wrote in a messenger (but you must post a screenshot to proof the date! Like so: i.snag.gy/dobyc.jpg Example: Your skype window with the computer clock opened in the same screenshot) (min 100 words!)
What can't you post?
- Trainer sheets (art drawn by yourself uploaded separately will count)
- Pokemon team/PC box sheets (art drawn by yourself uploaded separately will count)
- Sta.sh art
Activity Strikes
An activity strike is nothing to worry about!
In fact you should forget to post a comment, you will receive a note from PTS-Admin that you have been given one. It is just for us to know, that you are marked as inactive for these two months, so we can take you out of the group, should you not be active in the next two.
However, if you post your activity the next two months after receiving your strike, it will be simply removed and you will be set as 'active member' once again! So don't worry, these aren't permanent.
Should you however receive a strike and do not post within the next two months into the activity check sta.sh, you will receive a note that you were removed. Your pokedollars, pokemon and items will get voided in the process, so make sure if you are planning leave the group and want to gift your pokemon away, to note the ground before you are taken out!
You are welcome anytime in the future to rejoin and restart again!
And always remember: Even if you were active these two months, you have to do the check so we can know! A group as big as this, it is hard for us to tell who is active and who is not, so this system is to help you and us to make sure the group has a lot awesome and active members!
Hiatus System
Too busy? Need a break? This is for you!
If life has become too hectic or you have other things you need to focus on, you may request a hiatus. This will excuse you from the activity check while you’re gone, but you will be unable to participate in any group activities, including (but not limited to) raffles, shops, catching Pokemon, and earning PD.
You may not ask to go on hiatus within the last week of the activity check. The minimum hiatus you can take is two weeks, the maximum two months.
To take a hiatus, simply note the group letting us know to the best of your ability when you will be able to return. When you do return, note us and let us know, and we’ll take you off of the hiatus list.
If you do not return after your hiatus ends, you will be asked if you plan to return. Please try and respond if you need more time and have not exceeded the maximum time you can take off, or you will be responsible for the upcoming activity check.
