A few days ago, you received an invitation in the mail of a ball that was happening within Ivywood. The invitation tells you very little, other then there will be event surprises and now contests to put your skills and creativity to the test. The invitation says its a formal attire event, although if you truly desire, its not a requirement. The biggest, and most evident about the invitation is that the outfits worn must be inspired by pokemon.

   You spend the next few days trying to get an outfit and arrive at the destination, walking into the building with the crowd to see what looks like a massive ballroom. There, standing in the center of a grand staircase is a woman with long purple hair. You recognize her, she's the Super Contest host. Like the invitation describes, she's in an elegant dress that looks strikingly similar to the water and fairy type, Primarina.

   "Hello" she greets you all with a warm smile. "Welcome to Ivywood's annual Masquerade Ball!" it seems that despite the title, she herself isn't wearing a mask. "We hope you will enjoy the fun we have set up here. But we should get straight into it, shouldn't we? We have two major contests, perhaps you will find interest in joining them. The prizes are special, I will give you that," she beams and turns to glance behind her, where a man stands in a black and red suit, looking obviously unhappy to be here. He moves his lips to speak.




   "We have four memes here (sta.sh/21qga0z7y428?edit=1). You are welcome to fill them out as many times as you want, with all your pokemon, and all your trainers (if applicable) but you can only enter each category once. Meaning, there will be a different winner for each category, so four winners total. If we catch you trying to enter more then one category, you will automatically be disqualified. To enter, once you have completed and uploaded the meme, reply to the corresponding comment and one of us will reply to you saying what you did is correct. If you wish to make multiple, you can but remember not to reply to the comment. These memes are to be submitted to the meme folder for PD and levels. However, there is a catch. The THEME of the outfits, whether you're wearing a formal outfit or not, must be based after a pokemon" Gaelen explained, hoping you gathered all the necessary information.

Rules
You may only enter ONE meme category -- however you can fill out all four memes if you wish
You can fill out the same meme multiple times! (I.E. 'Best Dressed Pokemon' for your entire team or 'Worst Dressed Trainer' for all your characters) however you still must choose ONE entry and reply to the appropriate comment!
Pokemon and Trainers both wear outfits! And they MUST be based after a pokemon! Your pokemon cannot wear a costume of how it normally looks, it can however wear an outfit based on its evolution/earlier stage.
You can use any pokemon to base your outfits off and it must CLEARLY resemble that pokemon, including legendaries, shinies and specials -- PLEASE NOTE: YOU must own the special if you wish to base it off of one. If you do not, ask the owner first if you can use that design for an outfit
Images should at least have a flat colour and show 3/4th of the body
Despite it being a 'formal' ball your character does not have to dress formally if it doesn't fit their character! Kimonos and other cultural differences are accepted as well!

   Gaelen finished and Akiko took the center once more, all eyes on her. "On top of this, I'm sure you've noticed I have closed Super Contest. Well that is because we are hosting the annual GRAND CONTEST! This is a combination of Super and Normal contests, with even bigger prizes then ever before! The primary theme, you guys pick, depending on what you think you are strongest at. The secondary theme, is Fairy Tales. So, re-enact your favourite fairy tale! You can perform with your trainer of if you'd rather just let your pokemon shine, you must use at least three of them. Oh, and of course, you must perform in the outfits so you'll have to do the meme, even if you don't wish to enter that contest, but that is more money for you after all," Akiko closed her eyes as she smiled.

Rules
You choose the Primary Theme (Cool/Beauty/Cute/Clever/Tough) and the colour it associates with (Red/Blue/Pink/Green/Yellow), consider your story, costumes and other traits to decide what will showcase it best!
The secondary theme is 'Fairy Tale' -- this MUST be evident and is not optional!
You cannot use the same image from a Super Contest many months ago with the same theme, this must be a new piece! (The ball outfits need to be prominent anyway)
You can use either your trainer and pokemon OR three pokemon together! You are welcome to use more pokemon but that is the minimum requirement
The move your pokemon uses does not need to match the theme
There is no level requirement
You had to have done the meme with the outfits your using in your piece. In the artist comments of the deviation, link to your memes (even if its just in sta.sh)
You will get 5,000 PD just for entering!

2nd: Maskquerade ballIt was a cloudy night, dark grey clouds littered among the sky. Sarah and her Pokemon were getting ready for the maskquerade ball. A few days ago, she and the whole town of Ivywood had received a invitation. The days after that were busy, the fabric shops had sold out, the Boutique Owners were all working hard and of course there was the Lugia problem. Lugia had come into Ivywood and many people were working hard to stop it. Sarah's thoughts wandered as she finished making the last piece of her outfit, her graceful head piece. 
Sarah was dressed as a aurorus. She had made about 15 sketches for different designs, from a goldeen design completed with a horn to a mareep design, so similar to mareep it could be considered a ginka. She had chosen three designs, her purrloin design, her bulbusaur design (based of her cute special bulbusaur) and her aurorus design.
